Who provides the service
The service is provided by the KanzenKai Foundation, a non-profit organisation registered in Bulgaria under number 208631083, at 52 Nikola Petkov Blvd, Sofia 1632, Bulgaria. Contact: zen@kanzenkai.org.
Who the service is for
The service is offered to adults in the EU/EEA. We do not offer it outside that area, because the rules that apply to health software differ from country to country and we will not claim compliance we have not established.
The service is not intended for children or for use on behalf of another person. Support for dependants requires a separate authority and consent model that does not exist yet.
What the service is not
LZD is not a medical device. It is an information management tool: it does not diagnose, does not monitor in a clinical sense and does not guide treatment.
Nothing on this site or in the application is medical advice. Decisions about your health belong to you and to a qualified professional, based on an actual examination.
If you have urgent symptoms or an immediate risk to life, call 112 or your local emergency number. LZD is not an emergency service.
What we ask of you
- Enter information about yourself, not about other people without their knowledge.
- Do not rely on the service for anything time-critical.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or to access records that are not yours.
Availability and change
The service is provided as it is, free of charge, without a guarantee of availability. We may change or suspend features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give notice in advance and make sure there is a way to obtain a copy of your record before it goes.
Today the service is free. There is no advertising and no selling of data. If a paid element is ever introduced, we will say so in advance — we do not promise this will never change, only that it will not change quietly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free informational service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this website belong to the foundation. The information you enter in the application belongs to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence are not affected.
