What to expect
This is a small project, not a company with a support department. You will get a reply from a person, usually within a few working days.
Requests about your data are answered within one month, as the GDPR requires.
Please do not send health information by email
Email is not a protected channel. To ask for a copy or a deletion we only need your account email address — nothing about your health.

If you would rather complain to a supervisory authority, in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
